U.S. President Donald J. Trump will present NASA’s Artemis II crew with the Congressional Space Medal of Honor at a ceremony to be held at the Johnson Space Center in Houston on Friday, August 28.

NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover and Christina Koch, along with CSA astronaut Jeremy Hansen, completed their 10-day mission around the Moon aboard the Orion spacecraft on April 10.
Details
The crew became the first astronauts in more than 50 years to travel beyond the Moon, reaching the farthest point humanity has ever traveled in space. NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman will also attend the ceremony.
