New HR Summit 2026 will be held by Crenvo İK on September 23 at Wyndham Grand İstanbul Levent. The event will address AI-powered HR strategies, global and Türkiye HR trends, culture transformation, next-generation competencies, employee experience, the workforce of 2030 and Agentic HR through real-world cases. Recruitment, learning and development, analytics, and how leaders can prepare their teams for the new way of working will also be on the agenda.
Participants will be able to try AI applications in workshops and ask experts questions during the “HR Backstage – Let’s Answer Your Questions” sessions. A limited number of participants will be able to book 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions through the Webrazzi Events app. The sessions will be conducted by Dr. Ayhan Dayoğlu, Aylin Dayoğlu, Dr. Metin Güven, İpek Çıtak and Özlem Koparan.
The program will begin at 09.10 with an opening by Pınar Kutsal. The coffee break will be at 11.00, and the main hall sessions will take place between 11.30-13.00. After the lunch break, the program will continue at 14.00; the workshops will be held between 11.30-15.00. The day will continue with sessions on change management and AI-powered HR.
