The artificial intelligence-powered legal technology startup Safahat.ai raised 590 thousand US dollars in a pre-seed investment round joined by Insha GSYF, established through a collaboration between Albaraka Türk, Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi and Insha Ventures. Based in Istanbul and founded by Ahmet Necip Arslan in 2025, the startup will use the investment for product development, corporate integrations and expansion into global markets, particularly the United Kingdom and the Gulf countries.

Safahat.ai manages enforcement, litigation and contract processes on a single platform with artificial intelligence. Developed for Turkish law and the Turkish legal language, the platform focuses on data security through its on-premises model, which can run on organizations’ own infrastructure.
