The standard model of Vivo’s X500 series, which will be unveiled in China on September 21, appeared in the Geekbench 6.7.1 Android test under the code V2609A. The prototype scored 2,694 in single-core and 7,770 in multi-core tests, and was listed with 12 GB RAM, Android 17 and OriginOS 7. It was noted that the MediaTek processor in the listing could be either the Dimensity 9600M or the Dimensity 9500 introduced last year, and that this has not been confirmed due to their similar specifications. Vivo is known to apply a processor difference between the standard model and the series’ higher-end members; different memory options may also be offered at launch.
