Introduction
NanoCo announced Slack integration for NanoClaw, which is open source and suitable for enterprise use. The integration enables the creation of teams of agents with different skills, workflows, and custom avatars through a single Slack command. NanoClaw agents can work together in channels and shared Slack Canvases; they can also communicate via Telegram and WhatsApp.
Developments
Gavriel Cohen, CEO and co-founder of NanoCo, said that within the next “12 to 18 months,” everyone on teams would become an agent manager. Agents can be assigned separate roles, memory contexts, instructions, and permissions. Users can also choose the large language model that will run the agents.
Details
In the new setup, users can connect Slack once and create a separate name, avatar, and identity for each agent. The agents run on the customer’s infrastructure and connect to Slack through Socket Mode. The open-source version of NanoClaw was released in January 2026.
