Nvidia has made a minority investment in Cloverleaf Infrastructure, which develops energy and infrastructure for artificial intelligence data center projects across the United States. The investment, whose financial details were not disclosed, is expected to be worth several hundred million dollars.
Developments
Founded in 2024, Cloverleaf focuses on establishing power connections and other infrastructure; the company received an investment of 300 million dollars in the same year.
The investment is intended to enable Cloverleaf to develop new data center sites and Nvidia to provide support on artificial intelligence computing infrastructure.
Details
The company will also use Nvidia’s DSX platform to optimize decisions regarding data center locations, energy, cooling and computing resources. Nvidia recently announced that it would also invest 1.5 billion dollars in SoftBank-owned SB Energy.
