In a partner slide shared by X user @wxnod on September 3, mass production is positioned for the fourth quarter of 2026, while the first 28-core models are slated for the first quarter of 2027; this timeline diverges from Intel’s previously announced late-2026 target.
According to the leak, the top-end model will feature 16 performance, 32 efficiency, and four low-power efficiency cores. The processor is also said to offer two compute tiles, an LGA1954 socket, 900-series chipsets, and up to 288 MB of last-level cache.
