US-based EliseAI, which develops AI-powered automation solutions, has raised 350 million dollars in funding in a round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners. Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital also participated in the round. Founded in 2017 by Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov, the company’s valuation has risen to 4 billion dollars. EliseAI will use the investment to develop products and expand its team. The company automates administrative processes in property management, including tenant communications, leasing, maintenance requests and lease renewals, and in the healthcare sector, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification and patient follow-up.
