Following the transfer of Türksat 3A broadcasts to Türksat 4A, some Samsung televisions were reportedly experiencing channel scanning problems.
Developments
Users who received a “0 channels found” warning at the end of the automatic scan despite receiving a signal said that the problem had been ongoing for approximately 3 days.
Satellite Communications Expert Polat Taş said that during checks carried out on a Samsung television, no channels could be accessed even though hundreds of channels were expected to be found.
