Samsung’s new Galaxy S26 FE, part of the “Fan Edition” series that aims to offer premium features at more accessible prices, went on sale in Türkiye as of 16.09.2026. The 256 GB model listed on e-commerce platforms is available in Grafit Gri, Yaban Mersini and Su Yeşili color options, with prices starting at 54,999 TL. The price of the 512 GB version has not yet been announced. The Galaxy S26 FE is priced at the same level as the Galaxy S26, the main model in the series. The 256 GB version of the Galaxy S26 is also currently on sale on e-commerce sites at around 54,999 TL. As a result, the price advantage of the FE version, which would normally be expected to cost less than the main model, has largely disappeared.
Why it matters
The FE series’ core proposition of providing access to premium features at a lower price offers no tangible benefit to consumers because of the identical pricing in Türkiye. This means buyers choosing a 256 GB model need to assess the other differences between the two models rather than focusing on the FE label; however, the report does not provide information about those differences. While the identical price level blurs the distinction between the main model and the more accessible option, it also leaves open the question of how Samsung is positioning the FE model in the Turkish market. In addition, the lack of pricing information for the 512 GB version currently prevents a meaningful comparison based on its availability and potential price difference.
