The price of the facelifted Hyundai IONIQ 6 in Türkiye changed with the end of the launch campaign. The price of the 125 kW Advance version in the 25% ÖTV bracket rose from 2 million 482 thousand TL to 3 million 225 thousand TL with 55% ÖTV. As a result, the vehicle received a 743 thousand TL price increase, corresponding to approximately 30%.
The launch price of the Progressive version had been announced as 3 million 725 thousand TL. The range of the IONIQ 6, which features an 800-volt architecture, is stated as 521 km for the Advance package and 680 km for the Progressive package.
Why it matters
The price change shows that while the IONIQ 6’s technical specifications remain the same, its purchase cost can vary depending on the tax bracket. This means that, particularly for buyers considering the Advance version, the difference between the launch-period price and the current price could be decisive in the purchasing process. The Progressive version’s 680-kilometre range in return for its higher price brings the choice between the two equipment levels into consideration not only in terms of budget but also range requirements. Although the 800-volt architecture is common to both versions, the difference in range and changing prices require users to further assess which package is more suitable for their own use.
