HONOR introduced the 600S 5G model with an 8,100 mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging. The phone features a 6.87-inch 120 Hz LCD display, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, along with a 50 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera.
Running on Android 16-based MagicOS 10, the device carries IP68, IP69 and IP69K certifications. The price of the HONOR 600S 5G was announced as $255.
Why it matters
The HONOR 600S 5G targets users who prioritize long battery life and protection against outdoor conditions by combining a high battery capacity with durability certifications in a single device. The 120 Hz display and 5G-enabled Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor point to the device’s focus on everyday use, while 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage also define the limits of this approach. Its use of Android 16-based MagicOS 10 supports the phone’s claim of offering an up-to-date software experience; however, no information has been provided about the scope of long-term updates. The announced price of $255 leaves open the question of which user group this hardware configuration will appeal to in different markets.
