Roborock introduced its new products for home, garden, and pool cleaning at IFA 2026. The announced models included Saros Rover, Saros 20 Flow Complete, Saros 20 Neo, F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2, F25 Pro Turbo Combo, RockNeo Q2 LiDAR, and RockAqua P1. Shown at CES 2026, Saros Rover can overcome small obstacles and stairs with its extendable wheels and legs. Saros 20 Flow Complete and Saros 20 Neo combine vacuuming and mopping functions and make it easier to move over double-layer thresholds. F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 heats water and produces steam at 180 degrees Celsius in approximately 30 seconds; it detects the floor and adjusts its settings. F25 Pro Turbo Combo offers a detachable drive module and different attachments. Prices were not announced.
Why it matters
Roborock’s announcements show that cleaning robots are intended to evolve from devices that operate only on flat floors into products adapted to different parts of the home and outdoor areas. The focus on overcoming physical barriers such as stairs, small obstacles, and double-layer thresholds directly concerns the experience of users living in multi-story homes. Floor detection and steam-temperature adjustment offer an approach that varies according to usage conditions in hard-floor cleaning, while the detachable drive module aims to make it easier to switch between different cleaning needs. However, it has not yet been explained to what extent these features will be effective in which models and under which usage conditions. The fact that product prices were not disclosed also currently limits comparisons in terms of affordability and model selection.
