Samsung has announced the regional rollout schedule for the One UI 9 update. The update for the Galaxy S26 series will begin in Thailand on September 21; dates may vary in other markets.
According to Samsung Thailand’s schedule:
- Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7: September 28
- Galaxy S23 FE: within October
The company has not yet published a global schedule covering all regions. Due to carrier approvals, regional software versions and device variants, the specified dates are not considered definitive start dates for other countries.
Why it matters
This schedule shows that the One UI 9 update will not reach all users at the same time for device owners waiting for it. The dates announced for Thailand provide Galaxy S26, S25, Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7 and S23 FE users with a reference for the rollout order of their devices; however, this order does not have to be the same in other countries.
