Duo overview
At yesterday’s Apple event, the iPhone 18 Pro, Apple Watch models, AirPods 5 and the first foldable iPhone, iPhone Duo, which had been awaited for years, were unveiled. iPhone Duo stood out despite its $1,999 price tag (229,000 TL in Türkiye). Apple said it uses a nano-texture coating, optically clear adhesives and a flexible architecture to reduce the crease. The matte surface reduces glare and reflections.
Duo timeline
The hinge contains more than 100 components; the device is reinforced with the display, a titanium panel and support ribs. When fully opened, it is the thinnest iPhone and combines two displays within a seamless frame. iPhone Duo will be available for pre-order on 16 October and will go on sale on Friday, 23 October 2026.
