IP PBX, mobile access, device management and wireless networking operate within the same system. Grandstream Türkiye, part of TELPLUS İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., places the UCM, GRP, GWN and GDMS product families across these layers.
The UCM6300 series offers call routing, audio and video conferencing, IVR, call recording and user management. Some models support APIs for CRM and hotel management systems; capacity varies by model. GRP IP phones can provide automatic configuration and remote management.
Wave supports calling, meetings and internal team messaging by providing desktop, web and mobile access to the UCM6300 ecosystem. While this structure enables remote access to a hardware-based PBX, cloud PBX functions are offered as a service.
GDMS centralizes the cloud-based installation, configuration, monitoring and software updates of compatible devices. UCM6300 includes secure boot and a device-specific certificate; network segmentation, up-to-date software and access policies are also required for security.
The GWN family completes the network with access point, switch and router products. In addition to Wi-Fi access points, Layer 2 switches and Gigabit VPN router groups, some models also include VPN, firewall, multi-WAN and Wi-Fi 6 support.
Why it matters
This approach allows the PBX, endpoints and network infrastructure in enterprise communications to be managed together rather than separately. In particular, remote access and centralized installation, monitoring and updating through GDMS aim to consolidate the management processes for compatible devices at different locations in a single place. However, this structure does not mean that all functions are available on every model; features such as capacity, API support, VPN, multi-WAN and Wi-Fi 6 vary depending on the product selected. Although secure boot and device-specific certificates provide protection, network segmentation, up-to-date software and access policies remain areas that businesses must manage separately. Thus, the basis of the decision is compatibility between requirements and models rather than product families.
